Our Response to COVID-19 from Bullock Toyota in Louisville MS
Dear Valued Customers and Friends of Bullock Toyota -
In the past couple weeks and months, we've seen the devastating effects of the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) on our community and country, and we wanted to take an opportunity to reach out to all of you, our customers, family members and friends, through this time. These are rather unprecedented times that we're living in, but you can trust that we are taking every measure to ensure that our guests are staying healthy and safe whenever they do business with us. We plan on staying open for you for as long as we can, and we're taking some preventative precautions in our sales and service departments to help prevent the spread of this disease:
All our employees are washing their hands regularly after each interaction with colleagues and guests. This is one of the easiest ways to help prevent transmission of any illness, and it's especially important in today's climate.
We're taking Clorox to our showroom and service department every hour. After each transaction in our service department or each viewing in our showroom, we make sure to wipe down all services and Toyota vehicles with Clorox wipes.
We are also more than happy to help you if you feel uncomfortable coming to our dealership to do business. We have sales and service professionals standing by who are happy to help you test drive a vehicle from home and even do the paperwork from your driveway, if you'd like. Also, if you need work done on your car, one of our service techs will come pick your vehicle up, bring it back to our maintenance bay, and bring it back to you.
